Contact customer service at cs@distretto12.com or WhatsApp and specify the repair service you are interested in. Our customer service team will assist you and send a booking confirmation.
Send the package:
Securely pack your garment.
Bring your package to the nearest courier drop-off point.
Shipping costs, both for sending and returning, will be at your expense.
If you encounter any difficulties arranging the shipment on your own, please mention it in the email, and our customer service team will arrange a courier pickup for you.
